UPSC CSE Result 2020 – Based on the written examination of the Civil Services Examination, 2017 held by the UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION in the month of June, 2017, the following are the lists, in order of merit, of candidates who have been recommended for Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2017.

Based on the written examination of the Civil Services Examination, 2016 held by the UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION in the month of December, 2016, the following are the lists, in order of merit, of candidates who have been recommended for final selection.

Based on the results of the Civil Services Examination, 2016 held by the UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION in December, 2016 and the interviews for Personality Test held in March-May, 2017, the following are the lists, in order of merit, of candidates who have been recommended for appointment to various Services/Posts in the Ministries/Departments concerned.
1. The number of candidates recommended for appointment under different disciplines areas under :

2. Appointments shall be made strictly in accordance with the extant rules and the number of vacancies available. Allotment of candidates to various Services/Posts shall be made according to ranks obtained and preference of Services expressed by them.
3. The number of vacancies reported by the Government for Group ‘A’/’B’Services/Posts to be filled are as under :
