sir i have filled wrong percentage as 74.5 but its 74.62 in actual
and issue date of marksheet as 10 aug but its 2 aug in actual

Candidates are not expected to fill wrong or false information. Thatswhy online system generally asked question before submitting online application form finally that are you sure.

I have applied for the Punjab circle(BSNL JE’16) and chose exam center in Kolkata(West Bengal) for this reason I am facing a confusion; that is where the exam exam center will be given to me by BSNL(Kolkata or Punjab ?).

Can you please tell me the cutoff for general of up east and west and punjab of previous year’s. And please do suggest me which circle would be best as number of vacancies in Punjab are much greater than up for general.

Cut off depends upon many factors number of seats, number of applicant and competition level in that circle etc. So if you talk about same number of vacancy for West Bengal & UP EAST then UP EAST Cut off will be high.

There are 27 circles. If you fill form from Bihar means if you select Bihar circle for your BSNL TTA exam you will be posted in Bihar circle as TTA.
There is no delhi or lucknow circle.
You need to fill only one circle out of 27 circle.
