Candidates who have completed M. Sc. or currently in final year are eligible for GATE 2016.

As i am a petroleum student so i want to know about the petroleum gate. Is there any possibility of petroleum gate exam and if yes then from when and when we will gate the syllabus for that

There is no any paper separately for petroleum engineering in GATE in 2015 and have very less chances for GATE 2016. If you wanna do M Tech in petroleum engineering you need to qualify GATE in any one the following GATE paper codes, GATE Paper must be CE ,CH, GG (with Part B Geophysics), ME, MT or XE.
