UPSC EPFO Exam Centres 2023: List of Centres & Guidelines

EPFO Exam Centers 2023 – Enforcement Officer / Accounts Officer, Employee’s Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO), Ministry of Labour and Employment 2023 examination would be conduct on various exam centers across the whole country. A large number of candidates are going to appear for EPFO 2023 exam. There are 45 locations for EPFO 2023 examination.

Here in the below list we are providing list of cities in which EPFO 2023 exam would be held. Candidates may check their nearest exam city which they will fill as first choice while filled EPFO 2023 application form. Here in the below table the tentative list of the cities in which EPFO 2023 exam will be held is given.

EPFO 2023 Exam Centers/Cities List

The Centres and the date of holding the Recruitment Test as mentioned above are liable to be changed at the discretion of the Commission. Applicants should note that there will be a ceiling on the number of candidates allotted to each of the Centres, except Chennai, Dispur, Kolkata and Jaipur. Allotment of Centres will be on the “first- apply-first allot” basis, and once the capacity of a particular Centre is attained, the same will be frozen.

Applicants, who cannot get a Centre of their choice due to ceiling, will be required to choose a Centre from the remaining ones. Applicants are, thus, advised that they may apply early so that they could get a Centre of their choice. NB: Notwithstanding the aforesaid provision, the Commission reserves the right to change the Centres at its discretion if the situation demands. All the Centres will cater to Recruitment Test for Persons with Benchmark Disability. Candidates admitted to the Recruitment Test will be informed of the time table and venue of the Recruitment Test. The candidates should note that no request for change of Centre will be entertained.

How to Download UPSC EPFO Admit Card?

Candidates can download the UPSC EPFO Admit Card by following the below-mentioned steps:

1. Visit the official website of the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) at www.upsc.gov.in.
2. Click on the “Admit Cards” link under the “Examination” tab on the homepage.
3. Select the link for the UPSC EPFO Admit Card.
4. Enter the required details such as registration number or roll number, date of birth, and captcha code.
5. Click on the “Submit” button.
6. The UPSC EPFO Admit Card will be displayed on the screen.
7. Download and take a printout of the admit card for future reference.

#Note: Candidates are advised to check all the details mentioned on the admit card carefully. In case of any discrepancy, candidates should immediately contact the UPSC authorities. Candidates should also carry a valid photo ID proof and a passport-size photograph along with the admit card to the exam center.

UPSC EPFO Exam Centres: Exam Day Guidelines

All candidates should abide by the following guidelines during the UPSC EPFO examination:

1. Candidates must report to the allotted test centre one hour before the commencement of the examination.
2. Entry to the centre will be closed 10 minutes before the commencement of the examination i.e. 9:50 A.M.
3. On the day of the Recruitment Test, the applicants’ seating plan will be published at the venue. Candidates should double-check the exact location of their seats before entering the exam halls/rooms.
4. All candidates are required to wear masks or face covers. Candidates who do not wear a mask or cover their faces will be denied admission to the venue.
5. Candidates, on the other hand, will be required to remove their masks for examination purposes whenever the Exam officials request.
6. The candidate may bring his or her own hand sanitizer in a transparent bottle (small size).
7. Candidates must adhere to COVID-19 standards for ‘Social Distancing’ and ‘Personal Hygiene’ while in the venue’s rooms and grounds.
8. Mobile phones and other electronic devices are prohibited in the testing area.
9. Candidates are urged not to bring any valuables or expensive objects to the TEST Halls, since their safety cannot be guaranteed. In this case, the Commission will not be liable for any losses.
10. Without the approval of the invigilator on duty/supervisor, no candidate shall leave the TEST Hall for any reason.
11. The candidate should also be aware that if ineligibility is discovered after the issuance of the e-Admit Card at any point before or after the Test, or if the conditions stipulated in the Rules and Instructions given in the advertisement or any other additional information/documents required at any point are not provided within the time specified, the candidature will be rejected.
12. The candidate should be aware that only those candidates who pass the Recruitment Test have their eligibility conditions (age, educational qualifications, community, etc.) verified by the Commission using original papers. The candidature remains “provisional” until it is properly confirmed by the Commission.
