Sir I have made my payment twice. But second time when I made again it says your payment is already been made but 1500fees deduct from my bank account.please suggest me sir that Will extra amount refund back into bank account. How much time it will take.

i have been submitted my gate exam fee , money has been deducted from my account but its show transaction failed, so i was deposited again fee , because i saw in gate FAQ that any abnormal deduction will be refund , so i deposited again fee at 10 oct, then i have send many mail to IIT Roorkee, but they didnt reply then i call to IIT delhi they told all refund will be deposited upto 20 oct, is it correct information or not ..???

I see the gate web site shows the sollutions message like this wait for 2 days then you see successful transection status… But only 2days left for gate application how would i can apply sir…. Sir due to some server errors or something else I was deducted with the amount of INR 750/- twice for the same form , totalling to the amount of INR 1500/-.
Kindly look into the matter and please initiate the process of Refund soon… As it is on website that al refund has been done till 31st oct 2015 but not it is 2/12/15 still i hv noy got my payment

The fee was deducted from my account but a message displayed that the transaction was not successful and it asked me to pay again and in case the was deducted, it would be refunded. So I re payed the amount but yet not received the refund for the former. What am I supposed to do?

I tried making a payment for GATE via debit card. First time the transaction showed some error so I tried again , but again it showed the same error. And 1500 were deducted from my account but the payment wasnt done. So i payed the fees via eChallan. So i’ve paid thrice the amount for GATE. I have made my payment, and amount has been deducted from my account, yet GOAPS is asking me to do the payment again. However, reading FAQ no.2 , it seems like GOAPS will reflect the payment in 3 working days, which has not happened yet. and on my GATE 2016 page it is asking for a fresh payment. why is this so stuck up. the 5 numbers provided for help line purpose, 3 of them are out of order and 2 of them are always busy on conversation from mon-fri.
