      If you can work hard then no it is not difficult to clear both GATE & IES. There are many candidates who have done this.
      You can join Made Easy or Ace Academy any of these. Both are good Institutes while talking about GATE & IES both.
      Your decision is correct nothing wrong in it because IES would conduct after GATE. So you can prepare for IES after GATE and almost 70% of GATE syllabus match with IES syllabus.
