- Candidates should have completed graduation in any discipline from a recognised university or any equivalent qualification recognised by the central government.
- Candidates who have integrated dual degree (IDD) certificate and passed the course on or before December 31, 2023 are eligible.
- Those who are in the final year or semester of their graduation will also be eligible to apply, however, they will have to submit the proof that they passed the course on or before December 31, 2023.
