Yes question paper will be mix of Electrical & Mechanical Engineering questions. Because both Engineering stream are eligible for this post.

B.tech 2016 passing out batch candidate is elegible or not for junior engineer mechanical?

DDA nothing mentioned about final year candidates. So if you think you would be able to submit your education qualification related documents at the time of document verification then you can fill the form.

EEE is the sub stream of EE. Generally it is considered for EE recruitments.
You may verify it by filling online application form. If there is an option of EEE under education qualification then there is no problem if not then you can fill form from EE but your final selection will be depend upon selection committee.

Are “electrical and electronics” branch students eligible for the post of junior engineer(electrical)?
As DDA advertisement no. 03/2016 states that required qualification for the post of junior engineer(electrical) is diploma in electrical engineering or “equivalent qualification”
