Education Qualification :

| Professor | i) An eminent scholar having a Ph.D. degree in the concerned/ allied/ relevant discipline, and published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with, a minimum of TEN research publications. ii) A minimum of ten years of teaching experience in university /college as Assistant Professor/ Associate Professor/ Professor. OR B.E./ B.Tech. and M.E./ M.Tech. in Metallurgy or Materials Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Ceramic Engineering or related areas with First Class or equivalent at both levels. |
| Associate Professor | i) A good academic record, with a Ph.D. Degree in the concerned/ allied/ relevant disciplines. ii) A Masters’ Degree with at least 55% marks. iii) A minimum of eight years of experience of teaching and I or research in an academic/ research position equivalent to that of Assistant Professor. OR i) B.E./B. Tech. or equivalent and M.E./M.Tech or equivalent in Electronics Engineering or related areas with First Class or equivalent at both levels. ii) Ph.D. in Electronics Sciences or Electronics Engineering or related areas. |
| Assistant Professor | A. i) A Masters’ degree with 55% marks in a concerned/relevant/ allied subject. ii) Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET). OR i) B.E./ B.Tech or equivalent and M.E./ M.Tech or equivalent in Electronics Engineering or related areas with First Class or equivalent at both levels. OR i) Postgraduate degree with minimum 55% marks m the discipline relevant to the area of specialization. ii) Postgraduate degree in Education (M.Ed./M.A Education with 55% marks). iii) Ph.D. Degree in Education or in the discipline relevant to the area of specialization. |
