GATE Contact Detail 2025 – GATE exam is mainly conduct for those candidates who wants to get admission to postgraduate courses (Masters and Doctoral) in the country.
candidates who qualify GATE awarded with MHRD and other Government Scholarships / Assistantships in Engineering / Technology / Architecture / Science.
GATE 2024 score will be valid for 3 years from the date of announcement of results. GATE 2024 examination will be conducted in only ONLINE mode for all 30 papers. Candidates have to apply only ONLINE for GATE 2024 examination.
GATE is jointly administered and conducted by the Indian Institute of Science and seven Indian Institutes of Technology. Table-1 gives the details of each Zonal Office. Each of the institutes administers a zone and caters to examination cities nearby to the institute.
Candidates are assigned a zone at the time of application, based on the first city of choice. Candidates must note this zone number for contact purposes.
Candidates must use the GOAPS (GATE Online Application Processing System) to contact Zonal GATE offices, which will provide quicker and clearer information. The phone or e-mail may be used only if someone is unable to get information even after going through FAQs.

How to Download GATE Admit Card 2024?
- Step 1: Visit the GATE 2024 official website.
- Step 2: Enter the enrollment number and password to download GATE 2024 admit card.
- Step 3: Click on GATE 2024 Login.
- Step 4: Click on the link for GATE 2024 admit card download.
- Step 5: GATE admit card 2024 will be downloaded in the pdf format.
- Step 6: Save the admit card and take a printout to be carried while appearing for the GATE exam 2024.

You have to wait … scrutiny means your GATE 2019 application is under evaluation process.
As per GATE 2019 Office Information : “Candidate can make corrections if the ‘Change Applicant Details’ button is enabled. Otherwise candidate will wait for the button to get enabled after scrutiny of the application.”

As per GATE 2019 Office information :
“The receipt of SMS and Email OTPs by the candidates is taking a little longer time, as the number of applicants using the GOAPS site is drastically increased for the past two days. Therefore, requests the candidates to go ahead with filling the application and payment without waiting for the OTP verification. The OTP verifications can be done even after the payment.”

Currently in the final year or already completed are only eligible for GATE 2018.
So if you are uploading 3rd year mark sheet you are doing wrong as per education qualification defined by GATE 2018 office.

You need to upload certificate from principle.
If you can not obtain this certificate, you may upload final year mark sheet.

In case, the degree certificate/provisional certificate has not been issued at the time of application, final year mark sheet (of any one semester) must be uploaded as eligibility document.

While filling the GATE 2018 application, please take utmost care to fill all the fields, save and verify the filled in details before clicking “Submit and Proceed to Payment” button.
Once application is submitted, you cannot change any of the details entered.

Applicants whose status shows under scrutiny need not worry.
It’s like they are checking your application form. If they find any minor mistake they will contact you via sms and email.
