PSU Selection Procedure – (2022-2023) | GATE & Non-GATE – The objective of the recruitment and selection procedures in the Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) is to select the best suitable candidate for a particular post. Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) like NTPC, SAIL, ONGC, PGCIL, DMRC, AAI, IOCL are the few popular companies (out of many) in India.
These companies provide attractive pay scale, job security, good work environment that makes PSUs jobs best suited for technical candidates. At the last a final list of selected candidates will be prepared on the basis of their written exam and GD/PI performance. Those candidates will be called for Medical examination and Document verification. Purpose of medical examination is to check a candidates physical suitability for a particular post and document verification is to check a candidates educational suitability.
